Breakfast

I had breakfast with two Attorneys this morning at The Good Egg. Sally Simpson, who is a Fiduciary, help clients who are in Assisted Living homes making sure their paperwork is in order plus other work with Seniors. The other brilliant Attorney is Jane Larrabee, who among other things assists Physicians with tax issues for their Estates. She also has a workshop coming up that will cover Special Needs for teenagers. This one will be of value for my contract manager who's 16 year old nephew is Autistic and has seizures. I'll post more information on the date and location of this workshop as soon as I find out!

Just Found This Out

I received this information from Yvette Villamana from Fairway Independent Mortgage (520) 751-4556 in an email recently: Currently the seller is allowed to pay 6% towards closing costs when the buyer is procuring an FHA loan. This is under scrutiny, and FHA may be lowering this to 3%. We'll see what happens!
